What you will learn
The foundation of all hockey skills derive from an understanding of the powerful mechanics that optimize control, power, balance, control and agility on one's skates and one's blades that give rise to power, grace, control and agility in virtually all other aspects of the game.
Hockey skills developed on top of these foundational principles evolve faster and become a natural outcome of a solid balanced powerful stance on the ice in all circumstances.
Lights Out Skating Academy trains players in these principles.
Through practice, training and discipline make them part of the player's DNA.
